This Privacy Policy explains what information pholarsec.com collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers this website only — PholarSec's mobile apps have their own separate privacy policies.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. This information is sent to our form processor, Formspree, and forwarded to us by email so we can respond. If you email us directly at contact@pholarsec.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location at a country/region level, device type, and referral source. IP anonymization is enabled, and we do not use Google Analytics to build advertising profiles or sell data. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish sessions and visitors; you can block or clear these through your browser settings at any time.
Third-party services
We use two third-party processors to run this site: Google Analytics (site analytics, as described above) and Formspree (contact form delivery). Each processes the data described above on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms, which govern data handled directly on their infrastructure.
How we use information
We use contact form and email submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if a working relationship follows, to communicate about that work. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages and content are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Data retention
We retain contact form and email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, and delete it sooner on request. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing contact@pholarsec.com. You can also disable cookies or use browser tracking-protection features to limit analytics collection.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
